My 1st health check feedback - that is soon to be improved!


This is my 1st health check feedback. It is currently a D. To boost my grade up i need to;
-Go though my current blogs and add more detal/finish small areas.
-I need to post using more technology .. prezi.. emaze.. youtube videos..
-Re-do the micro/macro bog 14 in more detail, watching spelling, showing deeper analysis and using technology( ablest add images)
- I will also use much more technology when i blog so that my marks go up.

This is my current feedback from my teacher , I a currently on a grade C , to move my grade up to  B I will improve my blogs and go through each of them and adjust them. I will make sure to include more variety of technology and title each of my blogs.

Why is sound so important in a film?

Sound gives a film tone, atmosphere and gives the audience ideas about the plot, characters or the type of genre the film is. Sound is the 50% in a film. Contemporary sound director's in films make sound 3 dimensional to give the audience a visceral experience.

Sound: A sound/noise which is produced by continuous and regular vibrations.
Soundscape: A piece of music considered in terms of its component sounds.
Sound design: The process of specifying, acquiring, manipulating or generating audio elements.
'Suspending disbelief': Moving the audience from the real world into the world of the film.

The importance of sound:

  • Helps more to understands of what is going on.
  • Helps to make the usual image more engaging.
  • Helps suspend disbelief.
  • Helps to establish tone + atmosphere.
  • Helps to indicate the genre of the film.
